Last week, WIIP service team, composed of 1 overseas sale and 2 service engineers, flight to Singapore, one of Asia’s four little dragons, to provide on-site training for customers 4500 kilometers far away from China.

The customers WIIP team visit this time involves semiconductor, analytical instrument and pharmaceutical industries. Engineers carefully checked the operation of the water chiller and the equipment connect with chiller, demonstrated the function composition and parameter setting of the software, and carried out careful maintenance and inspection for some equipment.

During the period, the WIIP team also listened to the requirements and opinions of the applied manufacturers for the export of chiller products in different countries, and conducted in-depth technical and commercial discussions with customers on several new projects, which was unanimously affirmed and encouraged by the applied manufacturers and agents.

Finally, the customer emphatically affirmed WIIP's fast response to any problem before, during and after sales in the whole process, and its fast response to the flexible and changeable customized demand, and gave a high evaluation to the comprehensive service provided by WIIP.
