Therefore, strict testing of the motor's performance is particularly important.Motor test system is a high-performance test platform that specifically provides performance testing for the motor by providing the external environment of the motor: power supply, load, thermostat, water cooling system, etc.
The new energy vehicle motor testing system adopts a modular and integrated design, and the operating part conforms to ergonomic design, which can complete manual/automatic mode control. It consists of three parts: mechanical system, simulation guarantee system, electrical system, and upper computer software system.

MCc direct cooling EV test temperature control system adopts the direct heat exchange mode between refrigerant and circulating liquid, with high heat exchange efficiency, fast temperature response and high performance.
MCt pressure EV test temperature control system adopts a closed pressurized coolant circulation design. Through system pressurization, the saturated vapor pressure of the circulating liquid (antifreeze) is increased, so as to realize high temperature operation condition of antifreeze; the closed coolant circulation system can isolates the contact between circulating fluid and air, and can keep the circulating fluid from deteriorating for a long time under high and low temperature conditions. It is a favorable assistant for high and low temperature experiments and airtight experiments in EV testing.
MCa cool storage EV test temperature control system adopts a two-stage low-temperature special compressor to realize ultra-low temperature and high temperature control, each output circuit is independent, which can realize independent temperature control of each circuit.
