The SCr recyclable dual-temperature machine adopts dual-temperature dual-control technology, which can realize two-channel temperature output, providing more flexible and accurate temperature control for the processing of semiconductor materials. In terms of performance, the temperature control accuracy of the spindle water of the SCr series temperature control system reaches ± 0.1℃, while the temperature control accuracy of the cutting water reaches ±0.5℃, which provides a stable temperature environment for the processing of semiconductor materials. The compatible design of air-cooled heat dissipation and water-cooled heat dissipation makes the system have wider applicability and higher cooling efficiency, and the cooling capacity range can reach 3 ~ 10kW.

Through the PLC controller, users can customize communication, running status, alarm information and other functions according to their own needs, which is convenient for system integration and monitoring.
